D-Scheme Studio performed an interior 1,600 sq ft tenant improvement in a Class A building in San Francisco. The scope of work included designing the space, submitting for building and health permits, and bidding and negotiations.
D-Scheme Studio also assisted with branding and the interior customer experience.
D-Scheme Studio performed a 1,700 sq ft interior tenant improvement of an existing ground floor and mezzanine level for a take-out food sales cafe in Palo Alto. The scope of work included renovating the kitchen and related equipment, relocating the accessible restroom, and providing new finishes.
