It’s the first Dumpling Time expansion restaurant from the Omakase Restaurant Group, the Kash Feng- and Jackson Yu-led team behind the Michelin-starred Omakase and Niku Steakhouse. Here, a glass-walled “dumpling room” will allow guests to watch Executive Dumpling Chef Leo Leong and his cooks make the popular Xiao Long Bao by hand every day.
