Phoenix Business Journal “T&N opened its 1,500-square-foot, two-story flagship store in the Design District within SoMa at 637 King Street in San Francisco. The new store offers “two floor-to-ceiling circular partitions made of rope that form semi-private bedrooms while maintaining the soft natural light during the day and accentuating the 20-foot height of the space,” and the Tuft & Needle Cafe, with coffee from San-Francsico-based Ritual Coffee.Daehee Park, co-founder of T&N, said having a brick-and-mortar store was always planned for the company, but with a different approach.”It’s not a transactional-focused brick-and-mortar store, and that’s the advantage that we have,” Park said. “It’s not about sales. It’s just a physical representation of our brand that (customers have) been experiencing digitally.”” — Steven Trotten, Phoenix Business Journal
